Stay somewhere else!
Booked two rooms in this hotel specifically for the queen beds that were supposedly available. Checked in and found that both rooms had double beds. Went to the front desk to get the rooms switched and was told, sorry but we’re sold out and you’re the fourth customer this has happened to today. The hostess said that sent the reservation as double beds, and was very apologetic, so I took her at her word. Doesn’t help the fact that I could have paid less elsewhere for double beds but whatever. Also, one of the air conditioners wasn’t working but didn’t matter since they were sold out, no room to change to. They did let us open the window to get some fresh air. That actually made me kind of nervous considering we were on the third floor and had kids in the room. At least the undersized beds were comfortable. Tried to get breakfast in the morning and the only thing available were waffles. The coffee was terrible and the juice machine was broken. There was also an ice water dispenser but all of the water was gone. To be fair I think there were three apples available. This is the worst Baymont I’ve ever stayed at, and I have stayed at very many of them over the years.

Ok, about what can be expected
This place is def lower end than we’re used to, so trying to not be too judgy. It was definitely down at heel. It was definitely shabby. It was annoying that all but the front entrance/exit were marked as “emergency only,” requiring lots of extra steps and going through a crowded space when not feeling presentable. The area felt a bit rough. Definitely took care to leave as few valuables in the car as possible. The service can best be characterized as “kind but indifferent,” which seems entirely reasonable for what’s probably a pretty thankless, low-paying job in this locations

Dirty, disgusting rooms
Dirty, run down, unclean hotel. Carpet in room filthy with stains, everything in room had grime and dust and stains…even hairdryer, curtains, walls. Nothing has been cleaned. Only word I can think of is gross.

Definitely not here again!
I first walked in my room was like a freezer with the AC on high & the window opened. I turn off the AC & attempted to close the window when it came out of the track & hit me on my head! The TV in the was brand new because it still had the plastic on it but they forgot outlet plug cable so I couldn't watch anything & used my Smartphone instead. The TV is so big on the desk it leaves no room at all to put anything on it so i couldn't set up my computer & get anything done there either! When they replaced the wallpaper in the room somebody messed up & left a huge eyesore of a gap in-between the two pieces! The plug in next to the bed & the sink are so worn out everything falls out of them!
