InterContinental Tokyo Bay, Tokyo, Japan
Highly recommended hotel:-)
I was very impressed with my Tokyo trip. The hotel is located in a great location (though 2 of my Japanese friends said it's a bit far, I disagreed), it's very convenient, next to one of the sky trains and the hotel has a shuttle bus to a major bus and train stations. Staff are very friendly, extremely polite, and helpful (only had small problem with some Japanese accent, but understandable). The room is relatively large and comfy with a great view of Tokyo Bay and Tokyo tower (I walked to the tower on my own one night, only 2.2 km from the hotel). Wifi system was good, I can work with no internet issue. Also, we had breakfast, drink and dinner at the hotel restaurants, great selection of food. Only one suggestion I would make is....the hotel should slightly change the dishes a bit as we had almost exactly the same dishes 2 consecutive nights. Anyway, I will definitely come back and stay overnight at this hotel again.

We loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to meet our every need. We booked a bay view overlooking the Rainbow Bridge. What a view! We also booked a room including breakfast which was exceptional every morning. Will stay here again.

Great hotel and excellent service
Hotel was lovely, service was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was quite expensive and the hotel was some distance from the main activities but the free shuttle bus was a big help

Excellent with some drawbacks.
Out of the way but beautiful location near metro and JR stations. Great views of Tokyo Bay, Tokyo Tower. Very new condition, nicely designed and excellent personnel. Downsides were: No real fitness room, only treadmills, no other devices; no pool; no hot tub, no magnifying mirror in bathroom; could not turn out hall light without pulling card for all power in unit; To have a 4.5 star rating, it should have all these things. Also, which is common and cannot be avoided, the hotel's restaurants were very expensive, forcing one to walk 3 or 4 blocks to start getting near areas with reasonable restaurants. Hotel provides shuttles to two JR stations so its not hard to get to locations with food, etc.
