Highly recommended hotel:-)
I was very impressed with my Tokyo trip. The hotel is located in a great location (though 2 of my Japanese friends said it's a bit far, I disagreed), it's very convenient, next to one of the sky trains and the hotel has a shuttle bus to a major bus and train stations. Staff are very friendly, extremely polite, and helpful (only had small problem with some Japanese accent, but understandable). The room is relatively large and comfy with a great view of Tokyo Bay and Tokyo tower (I walked to the tower on my own one night, only 2.2 km from the hotel). Wifi system was good, I can work with no internet issue. Also, we had breakfast, drink and dinner at the hotel restaurants, great selection of food. Only one suggestion I would make is....the hotel should slightly change the dishes a bit as we had almost exactly the same dishes 2 consecutive nights. Anyway, I will definitely come back and stay overnight at this hotel again.

We will be back!
We flew in from San Francisco to break journey before returning home to Singapore. We stayed 5 nights and was very impressed by the friendly staff. The service was impeccable. We were disappointed with the room though as it looked dated. However the amazing view of the bay makeup for this shortfall.

The Grand Hyatt was so relaxing and lovely. At first I didn’t realize that the hotel was connected to the Mori Art Museum. It was such a comfortable stay and I don’t regret splurging for the experience!

Excellent hotel in downtown Tokyo
Good hotel which is located in downtown Tokyo so getting around is very easy by cab coz distances are short and additionally the hotel has this shuttle bus every hour or so, that u can take to the main JR station (from there u can use ur JR pass or just buy local train tickets - very cheap) and travel around in an inexpensive manner.. the trains are not crowded most of the times... overall nice view from the rooms too - u can see Tokyo bay and the river area... service is also very good...

Lovely 4.5 star hotel in downtown Tokyo Bay Area
This is a lovely 4.5 star hotel located in the Tokyo Bay Area - very convenient to reach from Narita airport - just take the Airport Limousine Bus (it stops at the hotel itself) and short distance from Ginza (around 1500 yen) by taxi.. staff are very courteous and rooms are very nice - they overlook the Bay Area (river view rooms).. no pool but theres a tub in the bathroom.. rooms are quite large and spacious.. theres also the Hotel shuttle bus - which takes you every hour, to the main Japan Rail (JR) station called Shinagawa - from where u can use ur JR pass (if u hv bought one) to travel to all the other places, including the Shinkansen (Bullet train) to farther away places..
