Check in was fast and easy. The room we had looked nothing like the photos. The room was dirty and in poor condition. The air conditioning unit was loud. A portable air conditioning unit was bought to the room as a solution to this issue but it was even louder. There was also significant street/outside noise. Very unhappy with the room and do not/cannot recommend.

I showed up to find the hotel closed due to the flash flooding affecting Auckland. The hotel host apologized and got us access to the hotel's wi-fi so we could access expedia to locate an hotel that could accept new guests. They also started the request for refund for the canceled room. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful while dealing with a huge disaster. Highly professional.

We arrived from Australia to stay here a night after our flight with our 4 yr old girl. Got there and the flood brought their restaurant roof down and the building is condemned. Thats fine they cant help that... We would have expected a call or text though instead of the email they sent aftet we haf been there. Refund was processed. These things happen but a bit of thought to yohr paying guests wouldnt have gone astray. Kind of glad though as fliod aside, this place is as recent reviews have said... Outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renos.
