Solid hotel near to everything
Business trip for 48 hours. The Hotel is in the seedy part of Munich but their security and service is fine. It is near the Main Train station and 750 meters from the old town and shopping. The hotel staff are efficient and pleasant.

very good hotel, quite modern, rooms spacious enough, good bathroom, friendly helpful staff.Quiet back off street slightly, close to railway station, shopping and eateries as well as walking distance to major tourist thoroughfare as well as walking distance to Octoberfest. Good wifi. Only downside is groups "hanging" around between hotel and railway station.

Very unhappy with exit/entry to hotel as lots of people just hanging around front & back of hotel - only stayed 1 night and would not recommend to women especially.

The Hotel is near the city and the train stations etc but it’s not a very good/safe area. Drunk and homeless people are all around, right outside the hotel. The Hotel should definitely be updated/renovated. Pool and spa was closed and couldn’t be used due to a technical problem.The parking isn’t hotels property and has to be paid. As for the price, it’s a bit expensive since the hotel is quite old.
