The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located. It is right across from the Eye, Madame Tussauds , and Ripley's. But, the bathroom had some rusted areas as well as stains on the floor. The furniture could use an upgrade. I had a mini fridge. But, no microwave. It was moderately priced and ok for a night or two.

The desk staff was very nice and friendly but there are so many problems with this motel. All outside building doors are left open all night, with outside stairs providing unlimited access to anyone. The room keys needed to be re-coded every day, there are no bathroom fans, the air conditioned don’t work. (We had two separate rooms). There are ice buckets but no ice machine. Finally, there is a breakfast but it is entirely carbs no protein foods. (Only dry cereal, bread, waffles, bagel) There is juice and a couple of apples if you’re early enough. Housekeeping doesn’t clean or re-stock, but only makes the beds.
