Unclean!
I am typically someone who does not care too much about little things but this hotel was Gross. From weird stains all over the couch and floor and sticky surfaces, this hotel has not been kept up well at all. If I was going to go to Deluth again I would 100% find somewhere else to stay.

Roach infested
I checked in and checked right back out in less than 15mins! Soon as we walked into our room we were greeted by a stale smell and an adult size roach! Needless to say we checked out as soon as we checked in and went somewhere else!

The loddy was nice. The upkeep of the rooms were horrible. They need a deep cleaning. Stain on carpet. Paint is pulling off walls. The walls are dirty. Dusty everywhere. It was not up to my family standards. So, we left.

Room was dirty and dated. The shower had mold in the bottom corners and the hallways smelled like piss. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for the price they charge.

Smelly
Albert at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was very rancid. The odor continued to get worse as the day past and I wish we could’ve left. Our room smelled like smoke. The lights in the bathroom were super dim and the shower smelled. We left that morning and didn’t even shower. The next morning the whole hotel smelled like death. Only one elevator worked and it smelled as well as the stairway. Definitely needs updating in rooms. Not the best at all.

Never again
Arrived at hotel. Front desk lady did not greet me or my family. Said "id?" I gave to her and she gave me keys. Didnt tell me my check out time, where the elevator was, or even my room number! Wait forever for thr 1 elevator that worked. A bunch of young adults got off and reeked of Marijuana. Got to room. The sink was full and cligged with dirty water. A lotion bottle was on the counter opened! There was no hot water. The other family we traveled with said the same about thier room and front desk didnt do anything so why complain. It was 1 night and I will never stay again. The rooms were spacious just super dated and dirty.

The room from Hell 🔥🔥🔥
Upon entering the hotel room at 2:45pm I noticed the temp was 72 degrees. I spoke with front desk and he sent the maintenance guy came to adjust the temperature. After an hour the temperature said 73 degrees. I informed the manager at the front desk that it was still hot inside the room and that I would step out to grab some food and return. I came back at 7pm and the temperature was 80 degrees. The manager now says no rooms available and he can’t do anything. Then he hung up. I reported the situation to hotels.com and left. It was too hot to stay their comfortably. I am now fighting for a refund!

Room was so so. Water in sink didn't work. Stains on the floor were covered with the ottoman. One Elevator didn't work . No rags in the room we asked room service for some she told us to go and ask someone else.
