Perfect place to sleep
Room was small but bed was comfy. The room was also very clean and smelled great! Pool was awesome.

The hotel itself has seen better days, definitely needs an update. However, it was clean and had the amenties we needed. And the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were top notch!!

Poor 2.0
Never again...
We will not be staying here again. We used to stay and enjoy it with other management but very disappointed this time. We couldnt get any service or wifi unless we stood outside and even then it was in and out. I had got me a cbd cigarette from hemp store left it in room in my cigarette pack it was gone when I got back which really set me off I can not stand being ripped off..the updates outside was nice but inside still dated the pictures they show on site is not what it looks like inside. We had to ask for toilet paper after our room was cleaned because they didnt replace it. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Oh and check in is confusing. U start went one lady sent to someone else to finish then have to go thru a time share guy to get your parking pass. If I want a timeshare I will come to you.

Good 6.0
Not bad, but don’t expect to much
The maid skipped cleaning our room a couple of days. We didn’t see any live bugs, but there was a dead bedbug on the wall next to the tv. The restaurant at the hotel is ok, a little dated and dark, but the food was good with large servings. The hotel is at the end of the turn around spot of the trolley service, so you have to ride through all of the camp grounds on the way back to the trolley central hub then get on a different trolley to get to most of the attractions. The trolley to Gatlinburg stops at the welcome center and you have to buy separate trolley tickets to get downtown to the attractions. I know the trolley isn’t part of the hotel; however, it does affect your stay. I would have liked knowing about it before booking.

I don’t eat pancakes
Beware the free breakfast- it is only pancakes. So if you don’t eat pancakes plan accordingly. Everything else about my stay was favorable.
