Clean but tricky
I was quoted one price then had to pay more money, because of my dog. That was never stated on the website. It would be one thing if it were like $20. No it was $150. That was more than what the room cost.

Major Disappointment.
Basketball court noise next to room until 1 AM. TV in living room didn't work part of time. Both land line phones didn't work. NO CREDIT FOR PROBLEMS FROM HOTEL.

Outstanding
Great stay except the noise.
Stay was fine we stayed while there were 3 basketball teams stayed there as well for a tournament. Only complaint I have is these kids played basketball yelling and being loud until 3 am. Why didn't the staff tell them it was closed at a certain time? I understand it being used but all hours of the night? We had to get up early but was woken up all night because of the loud noise.

Not too shabby
Not a bad place overall. A bit outdated but it was close to the mall and tons of chain restaurants. The room said a fireplace was included so I was very dissapointed when I arrived that it was not available for me, even though I booked that particular room. Clean and we'll staffed.
