Late checkout was a lovely bonus

We arrived very tired after flight cancellations and re-routing. The after hours check in was straight forward and the room very comfortable. Alexis was very helpful and provided us with a late checkout. One small issue was the address of the hotel has to be very specific about the suburb (Wiri) otherwise the Map App sends you to Penrose!
