Property was clean and in a great location. However, charged for a single room with en-suite and upon arrival was informed that no rooms in the hotel were en-suite. Shared male/female bathroom, which was on the next floor up and the other side of the building. Check-in app didn't work, luckily member of staff was present. Hotel reception not manned.

Present stay but cigarette smell In public area
During the night, when I went out to a corridor to go toilets, there was very strong cigarette smell . As a non-smoker, I would like to request the hotel management to give warnings to visitors who smoke (maybe) in the room. Aside from above, it was present stay so far.
