I liked the decor of the room. It was very nice and new with an urban contemporary look. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone. They also had free toiletries in case you forget your tooth brush..etc. customer service was great!

Very clean and modern construction. Love the separate doors between the shower and toilet, allowing privacy and multiple people access. Ample supply of coffee, tea as well as other minor, yet, important essentials; e.g. toothbrush. We brought our own sleep wear not knowing the room already comes with a set. There are washer and dryer sets available and the cool thing is the room TV gives status of each machine so you don’t need to run down to the lobby area to find out. Hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful. There is so much positives that is getting tired to write 😅

My first Japanese hotel experience. It's great. Loved the mini fridge and aircon worked really well. Room wasn't as small as I expected so all good - plenty of desk space too for my stuff (unlike the next hotel I am currently staying at!) No steps, just 2 lifts sometimes a long (5+ min) wait at peak time around 10am. The thinnest toilet paper I've ever seen - needs to be folder 4 or 5 times to make a normal sheet ;) Good location walkable to Tokyo station and Ningyocho metro 5 mins away. Definitely a cut above UK equivalents such as Premier Inn, and a really good price too (would be twice as much in London). When I'm next in Japan will definitely consider this again...

We were please with Rica, the lady front hotel has been very helpful. Ensuring our check out from the hotel would be a pleasant one. Making sure the bill satisfies the customer and assist in arranging taxi service correctly to the airport. That should be the way how a professional customer service.
