The staff is friendly
The smell of marijuana coated the whole end of our floor. The rooms were small, the furniture was stained, the towels/linens were stained, the shower smelled like old cigarettes, and the beds were HARD! No ice machine and the vending machine was out of order. The beds caused restless sleep and back pain in the morning. The staff was very friendly and that was the only positive thing.

Don’t Stay Here!
I will NEVER stay at this location again. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered. They charged me three different ways for the same stay and I had to get Expedia involved before refunds were issued. One charge was when I booked online, one was when they couldn’t find the reservation and made another, charged $50 upfront room deposit, and charged again because they couldn’t find proper paperwork. I should never have given them my credit card. This manager has no business being in this line of work. He treated us like we were trying to rip him off. Absolutely pitiful. Check-in and check-out was very lengthy, approximately 20-30 minutes each way with all kinds of extra paperwork. The room was descent but the bed was extra hard and was difficult to fall asleep. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport for the agreed upon charge but left us waiting at the airport pickup line 30 minutes because they thought we still needed to pick up checked bags and they figured they had extra time. After a long day of travel this was not pleasant.

Not worth it . . . .
Not what was expected for about $100 a night. Bathtub/shower had hair & a dirty wash rag in it - obviously not cleaned. I had already paid in full so I asked for a credit back to my card. I was told only the manger could do that & they were out of town for two weeks. WHAT??!!?? Breakfast was a joke. They don’t refill it so you’d better get there as soon as it’s put out. Not much variety either. The pool was dirty & freezing cold. Bed/pillow are lumpy too. The only positive was staff was very friendly. &khh
