Our room was amazing with a beautiful view and access to the lake. The amenities in the room were very nice. The only issues were that the WiFi would never connect and our room had a dehumidifier going (which we were not told about) and the room/carpet felt dampish. Also wish the linens had been a little softer.

The desk staff is very helpful. Restaurant at Church Landing very good so is the friendly staff. The TV Direct TV is not very user friendly nor is the Chanel Selection . TV video kept going out and remained out . No local channels to get the weather or news. Had to unplug and re plug the Direct TV box to keep it working.

We loved our stay! We had a lakeview room. The gas fireplace was a nice treat on a rainy morning. Camp and Town Docks were both delicious with wonderful service. We enjoyed walking to the water and taking the nearby nature and sculpture trails. The adults only hot tubs/pool were much appreciated. I would happily stay there again.

The property is nice, it's located right on the lake, but resort is very spread-out. Depending on what building you stay at, you will need to drive from the central registration to your building. There is not staff on duty outside of the central location where you check in. There is not much of a beach on the lake - just a couple of small areas with the sand where you can swim. The rest of the property what I would describe as "lake view" not the "lake front". There are several small indoor pools and jacuzzies and a couple of outdoor pools but those are located in the main building. I think $600 per night is a high price to pay for what you get.

Bobby at reception, Jay at Giuseppe’s, Neveah at Lakehouse Grille, and the manager at Camp were all so incredibly kind, helpful, and provided a great experience. The renovated rooms in the Palmer Inn were lovely! Modern, clean, and comfortable. The adults pool was truly amazing with the swim out area and the view. There were full parking lots in all sections of the resort, but we never felt crowded. There are so many nice sitting areas, shops, and views throughout the property. It was a great stay.

Parking was ample. Know ahead of time that there are multiple buildings where your room could be—-your room may be down the street from the check in building. Staff were polite and accommodating. We were in town for a concert and they let us come in early and use the resort while we waited for our room. Also accommodated an early room so that our son could have some comfortable downtime before we left for the show. Overall a good place to stay.

Luck I was not having any problems I did find my self loving every thing. I really loved the bedding everything was great beautiful and calming . Would not change a thing I will be telling all my friends about this place. Walked to ever place we wanted to eat, shop, or swim. Fantastic views. I am going again thanks for a great stay
