Quality & Cleanliness is very good for the price

Under going restoration and looks rough but the cleanest room, variety of pillow types , the hot water was endless and coffee was hot.

Wasn’t impressed with the staff. Room was ok but could have been cleaner. Air conditioner didn’t work the best
Verified review

It was pet friendly and the toilets flushed. That is about the only good thing i can say about it.

This is a good choice for people on a budget. You won't get a fancy breakfast, but you'll get a clean, decent suite at a reasonable price. My only gripe that the wifi is sometimes weak, which might rule it out for business travelers. If you just want a decent room, though, then this is a good choice.

Close to Ohio university. A bit tricky to find at night as it’s tucked off the road a bit. Friendly staff

Bed very comfortable. There was trash in the bathroom and the floor needed cleaned. Staff were very friendly.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff at the hotel were great the essential appliances refrigerator, ac/heater, microwave and shower were on point but the wear and tear on the interior needs to be addressed.

10/10 Exceptional

Older property but perfect for what we need. Updating is in progress. Not a bad place to stay at all. Another trip already booked.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The condition of the room and facilities were not great, but everything worked and it was reasonably clean. The breakfast was three granola bars, five packages of little powdered donuts, two choices of dry cereal (but didn’t see any milk), coffee (no decaf), apple and orange juice.

Wasn’t amazing but wasn’t hateful! Room was good for the little time spent in it. The beds were harder than expected, no blow dryer so make sure to bring one.

Great for price

Check in was a little difficult but the room was nice, clean and cozy. The owners were great as well as housekeeping. We had no issues, NO BUGS, and was quaint. There's no frills, breakfast was non-existent but coffee was freash

Difficult to find. Nice host. Vending empty. Three miles to nearest dining. Relatively quiet.

Days Inn - Athens OH

Clean room. Nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable. Shower had a slow drain, but was clean.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The staff was friendly and check in easy. But I could not get any hot water in shower, even after running for about 5 minutes.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing but a protein bar and it was a generic brand. Staff was friendly.

2/10 Poor

I did not end up staying. There were people arguing and shouting obscenities in the parking lot, the whole place was run down, and the room was dirty. I would have slept in my car rather than there. The man at the front desk was polite though.
Verified review

Staff was wonderful! Property was extremely old looking/smelling. Can tell there is smoking somewhere in the building. But i only needed a one night stay and it served its purpose
Verified review

No problem with check in. Sink plugged, fortunately they had a plunger I could use to unplug!! Room clean but dated. “Breakfast “-coffee, juice, granola bar. Ok for a passing through stay but should be less expensive for what you get.

It's an older motel in need of a lot of love. The rooms do not smell or look clean. There are rips in the bedskirts, stains in the bathtub, and flushing the toilet is a 50/50 adventure into "is it gonna go down."
Verified review

8/10 Very good

I received good value for the room rate. No surprises. Room was clean. Bedding was clean. Lots of pillows made up for average mattress. TV was new and the cable worked fine. Toilet and shower worked. Good water pressure. Plenty of hot water.
Verified review

Bed was mounted on two by fours. Blankets had burn holes and torn. The shower only had cold water. Staff was helpful but this location needs a lot up repairs.

Not awful

It wasn’t bad for the price but the staff watch your every move which was creepy. I parked in front of my room and picked up my keys and phone to exit the car and before my feet hit the ground a staff member appeared out of nowhere to yell at my for holding everything in one hand and I need to keep my room key far away from my phone. The bed was definitely worn out and was hard but the room was as clean as you can expect for cheap hotels
Verified review

2/10 Poor

The rooms were very dirty, hair around the sink, dead bugs behind bathroom door. The rooms smelled either of perfume or stale cigarettes. I don't think the floors have ever been cleaned. Fan in bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. Free breakfast was coffee and protein bar. Rooms were expensive and there was an additional pet fee that you didn't know about until check-in.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The person at the desk was pleasant and helpful. But the rooms are in disrepair. Bathroom door had a large hole at the bottom. Floors were worn. Bathroom although clean, the tub had spots of wear and tear. Blankets on the beds had holes in them. The entire room needed to be updated. Wyndham needs to get their act together. Just because it’s a budget friendly hotel it doesn’t need to look like the slums. Even guests traveling on a budget deserve basic but updated accommodation.
