Fabulous and 5* experience-highly appreciated 👏👏
It was one night stay with my extended family; 3 rooms before catching BA early morning flight. At Check in desk- everyone was highly professional. Laxmi was superb. Another name to mention was Vinitha.Kids were given a painting kit and I have given passport holders. Early check in and Room upgrade was considered ( probably due to my Hotel.com premiere status- Gold member or check in desk professionalism). All 3 rooms were given in the same floor though inter connected rooms couldn’t be given ( it was requested at the time of booking). Restaurant- Sourav, Aravindh at lunch and Avinash at dinner were excellent. Chauffeur service- on arrival and departure- it was timely and 5*.

Excellent hotel. Very good service. Lively harden and swimming pool. Very close to airport. My only disappointment is that I had to have the buffet as I was staying on a Sunday night when the restaurant was closed and although I only had a biryani I had to pay 20,000 ruppes which was really expensive for what I ate.
