    It's worth it for the Location to Marienplatz

    The location is both great and terrible. It is terrible as it is opposite the main train station so there tends to be a lot of hussle and bustle. This isn't too bad but they're currently doing works which seem to start at 6am. The good part is that you are with in a 10min walk to the main part of town and the Viktoria Market. You exit the hotel turn left and walk. It's super easy. There is a supermarket close by for snacks. The free wifi is terrible. It's slows, drops in and out and is difficult to log on to. The room we had was large and clean, until I looked under the beds where there was a huge amount of dust. The bathrooms are clean, fitted with a bath shower which mean the dreaded Curtin. We were on 7th floor so water pressure wasn't great but it was still pleasant. The staff spoke great English and we're very helpful when needed. We purchased the breakfast option and enjoyed cereal and pastry goods. Given how expensive eating in Germany is the €12.90 pp price wasn't too bad. It was quite hot during our visit and the room had no air conditioning. There was a cooler of some sort that we located but it's use was limited by a heavy Curtin that was over it. Overall it is a good hotel and I would stay again.

    Good location, clean but very basic rooms

    Convenient location right next to the main station but very basic room. It was clean and tidy but quite small with small single beds and very very thin pillows. We found the room to be very hot at night and only realised on our departure that there was a tiny air- con unit concealed behind the curtain next to the window. Staff on checkin were great. Staff on checkout were fairly indifferent.

    Great staff and location, however we didnt have any coffee facilities in the room, the shower was extremely small and we got woken up by a drilling noise at the crack of dawn. The noise was extremely loud in our room which went on throughout the day from early in the morning until late at night. Comfy bed however and the staff were very helpful and the hotel was within a 2 minute walk from the train station so extremely convenient.
