Extremely small rooms.
Room was very small, but beds were comfortable. Did not like the bathroom as it was a wall mounted sink with no area for toiletries. I had to place them on the toilet lid. Only desk chair, so no place for 2 to sit except the bed. Had to get our own room service because of short staffing. I would stay there again if the price was right. Convenient to Interstate.

If you like roaches and no cold water, then this is the hotel for you. The best part of my stay was when I left. The shuttle driver was very nice and courteous.

This hotel is nice and clean. Room is little small, like a standard room, nothing fancy. Breakfast is good and it's better to choose the room with breakfast included. We stayed for just 1 one night. Sleep and have breakfast in the morning then go. It's very good and convenience.

Treated Like Royalty
We were treated like royalty. After a long and scenic drive we found ourselves in Santa Fe, looking for a place to stay. We found this gem on Hotels.com. As long time Hilton customers, (we have Diamond status) we have come to expect a good experience with their hotels, including their DoubleTree brand. This one was exceptional, starting with our arrival. The front desk clerk, Yulissa, greeted us warmly with the trademark chocolate chip cookies and bottled water. Next, she asked our preference for our room, and upgraded our room to a King from a double, and gave us a token for a free breakfast in the hotel restaurant, based on our Hilton status. The next morning, as we were checked out, the front desk clerk offered to help us as we wheeled our bikes out to our car. Truly, this hotel knows how to provide great service to its customers. It will be at the top our our list next time we’re staying in Santa Fe.

From check-in to check-out the staff was excellent very friendly and accommodating they made staying in a hotel fun again it's all good to breathe and relax without all the intrusiveness and rules that most other motels try to force upon you let me say this DoubleTree Santa Fe is like a breath of fresh air in a stale old town thank you Double Tree staff you're awesome

So, all in all, I rated the hotel as okay due to the fact the facility did not allow guests to access, even via appointment, the pool and hot tub amenities. This very well may have been dictated by temporary local ordinance as COVID-19 is still prevalent in New Mexico and throughout the country.
