Comfortable stay in LA, close to Metro
The hotel is comfortable (the best bed), room cleaned well and ended up being really central to many things. We used the Metro to train to Hollywood Blvd and Uptown shopping and Santa Monica with connecting buses. See the real LA! Ticket easy to get at station and to top up. Also booked tour company thru hotel to pick us up for celebrity houses Beverley Hills tour. Used Uber to Warner Bros. Good position so not paying too much. Lift very slow, breakfast better than many with waffle and omelette chef and more. Food and amenities around, not top area in LA but fine.

Great access to subway with good facilities
very good hotel and location in regards to access to subway. The only thing that we was disappointed in was the lack of dining around the hotel. They did not have a night restaurant. Breakfast was good with a very good choice of foods. We would stay there again.

The hotel was nice however would be nice to have a table for meals in the room,beds were comfy, room was clean however tiles on shower floor needed replacing ,pool area was lovely,complimentary breakfast was great, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However the area the hotel is in does not feel safe . We always felt safe whilst inside but as soon as you walk the streets we had a feeling of uneasiness especially at night. Better to have a car in that area.

Location is convenient, easy walking distance from subway and bus stops. (Subway has escalators so suitcases are ok). Not much around the local area, a couple of grocery stores but a long walk for good cafes/restaurants. Room was clean and big, bathroom a little run down but clean. Air conditioner was very loud, and we were there during an LA heatwave so we needed to leave it on overnight. Bed comfy, but the pillows had no neck support. Pool is great and very private with lots of lounge chairs, we were allowed to use if after our check out as we ha a late flight. Buffet breakfast is good, yummy eggs/waffles cooked to order. No one was using the courtyard or bar much. Advertised "happy hour" was dead. Good wifi.
