The front receptionist was the worst customer service ever! I never had a problem with them but this weekend I didn't felt welcome with respectfully. First Alejandro help, He was defiantly helpless and very rude after Carlos came an was worst I was given a single bed room when I request a Double bed, I was at the good removed floor was broth down to floor 17. I'm very disappointed with them

Very bad customer service kept us waiting even when we were trying to pay for our food to have a couple of drinks they wanted to kick us out due to not ordering food when we told the manager we ordered food a little over 30 minutes ago and they still didn’t bring our drinks was asked to leave from the restaurant then talk to the main manager and he said that he apologized that things like that to happen there sometimes overall they need better customer service with their staff

The service staff was very friendly and helpful, however we had a poor experience with the front desk at check in and check out. Rude staff that didn’t really care...was the only downfall overall. It’s a nice place for TJ. There is a good amount of restaurants within walking distance as well.

Everything was pretty good. Room service was slow took 40 minutes for a bucket of ice. Called multiple times. WiFi was so bad my phone with no service was better. Lost my phone in hotel probably in the restaurant, but apparently they don’t have a lost and found. Ever section has there own. So have to wait for Emma’s French restaurant to open and see if they have my phone.

A mini Las Vegas experience in Tijuana
We had a wonderful trip at this hotel from the time we checked in was fast easy room was clean modern the food at Emmas restaurant was phenomenal just as good as any high end restaurant with exceptional service. The evening was played out in their wonderful casino which when you add it all up we didn’t have to leave the hotel and had a wonderful time, in the morning there was a Buffet that was very good.

Everything was very nice, one complaint would be that I had ordered a full breakfast for the following morning and when it arrived it was cold😩...nobody likes soft soggy waffles and cold eggs!
