The Pousada it's generally good, but in my room i didn't find any soap nor body wash, no hangers for clothes, in my friend's room there were 3 pcs of soap, but no body wash,and she had hangers. My face towel was dirty. The location and the parking were the plus.

We had one of the cheapest rooms and it was a really bad experience. Mould on the walls, uncomfortable beds and yellow and black spots on all the towels and sheets. The outside area and breakfast was good, but the room itself was nasty.

Horrível, o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, solicitei a troca de quarto e disseram que não era possíve pois o técnico iria resolver , o mesmo foi até o quarto e informou que não tinha jeito que teria que fazer uma limpeza pois o ar estava muito sujo, não me trocaram de quarto e nem descontaram nada da minha reserva, peço que isso seja revisto e descontado da pousada

PIOR LUGAR QUE JÁ ME HOSPEDEI
Infelizmente, minha experiência neste local foi muito negativa, e não recomendaria a ninguém. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O quarto em que fui alocada (nº 5) estava com um cheiro forte de mofo e várias manchas visíveis, inclusive nas roupas de cama, que também estavam com um odor desagradável. Ao solicitar a troca de quarto, fui informada pelo recepcionista que todos os quartos do primeiro andar estavam em condições semelhantes e que a alternativa seria mudar para um "quarto menos pior", como ele mesmo disse. No entanto, a gerente não mostrou qualquer flexibilidade e informou que não seria possível fazer a troca. O atendimento foi insatisfatório, e o café da manhã também não foi bom – o café parecia requentado. As fotos no site são completamente diferentes da realidade. A piscina estava visivelmente mal cuidada, com áreas descascadas e sujas, e o chuveirão não estava funcionando. Durante os quatro dias em que estive lá, não vi ninguém limpando a piscina. Além disso, o anúncio mencionava a presença de ventilador no quarto, o que não era verdade. Em um dos dias, houve uma falta de energia na cidade, mas a pousada não forneceu nenhum tipo de suporte, como informações sobre o ocorrido ou até mesmo uma lanterna de emergência. O frigobar do quarto estava enferrujado e remendado com fita isolante, e o banheiro estava sujo, com o piso imundo. No geral, minha experiência foi bastante frustrante e não atendeu às expectativas de qualidade e serviço que eu esperava.

A pousada é bem localizada, facil acesso a varios comercios e o centro historico e o cais de turismo. Mas nao gostamos do cafe da manhã, poucos funcionarios para atender a demanda, opcoes tem mas so no cardapio porque no buffet faltou muita coisa. As vezes tinhamos que pedir pra moca da cozinha o qie estava faltando no buffet. Precisam de mais atencao nesse quesito. Paulista é viciado em padarias e cafes e a pousada deixou a desejar. Demais tudo otimo.

Nosso quarto estava com marcas de pés e mãos sujos na parede, bem na cabeceira da cama. Parecia um cativeiro. Pedimos para mudar. No novo quarto a parede não estava suja assim, mas todo o mobiliário de todos os quartos precisam ser atualizados e pintados. Não tem nenhum tipo de conforto, a cama afunda quando deita. A toalha parece uma lixa. A iluminação é precária. Não tem sequer um abajur ou quadrinho para ambientar e aconchegar um pouco, é o mínimo de zelo que se espera. O chuveiro tem um calço de papelão e a janela um amontoado de papel para tapar um buraco. Para tomar café da manhã, você é o responsável por tirar as cadeiras encostadas da mesa, não tem montagem nenhum nas mesas de copos, talheres etc, o hóspede é o responsável por isso. De forma geral, o café da manhã se resume a pão, um tipo de queijo, um presunto, ovo mexido, salsicha e se der sorte um suco natural, senão um artificial. As duas opções de frutas têm aparência de secas. "Todas" as opções são compartilhadas com algumas formigas e moscas locais.
