The hotel clerk told me there was free breakfast in a bag xnd when I went to pick up breakfast, the cletk working in the morning said breakfast was not provided. So I was very upset....it's the principle not the breakfast😥

Don’t leave anything in your vehicle!
If you have an option, I wouldn’t stay here. The hotel was in rough shape until we got to the room, the room itself was nice. There were people sitting around outside with grocery carts and junk cars which made sleeping difficult as we wondered if our car would get broken in to. The police were there as we unloaded which made it clear there could be trouble. We hauled everything inside which was a pain after 13 hours of driving. We made a non-refundable reservation online as we were traveling in otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. On a positive note, the host at the front desk was very nice.

Place is an absolute mess! They are apparently renovating ....filthy and all OLD mattresses and furniture is literally stacked up and roped off with police tape in The actual courtyard of the hotel! It looks like something u would find in an abandoned building- completely disappointed! The area is not safe- we had a storage container outside the window with homeless people wandering between our window and the container....DO NOT stay here!

The part they don’t tell until you arrive is it’s being renovated. Didn’t get the king suite I paid for. I just got a hide a bed and king bed. Not the same

The rooms were dirty. Tile in bathroom was cracked and actually coming up from the floor. Was supposed to get free breakfast, but was told when I checked in that they were not serving breakfast on Monday and Tuesday because of a staff shortage. They didn't even have coffee made in the morning. The counter staff employees were apologetic and polite. It appears this hotel is undergoing a remodel as many of the rooms had paper in the windows and there was a significant amount of mattresses and cabinets being stored throughout the motel.
