Ridiculous booking experience
Overbooked by itself , just sent a email to said cancelled the client booking even fully paid 1 month ago. And said that becoz hotels.com didn't pay to them yet. No matter is which the hotel itself or hotels.com problem , also is not my problem , coz I was fully paid and no rooms provided to me at the time I check in . It's ridiculous.
