Too-small room and room billing errors
This is a modern high-rise hotel which seems recently renovated. Very good gym equipment and a nice (if minimalist) pool area and individual saunas for men and women. Nice breakfast buffet. I had an upgraded room ("superior") which was very well-designed but too small. There are no drawers for clothes and you could almost touch all four walls of the room while sitting on the bed, and the wardrobe and bathroom doors hit each other because the entry is so tight. They offered an online check-in prior to arrival which didn't work, and the online checkout mistakenly told me I had a 1200 euro outstanding balance, when my room was actually prepaid and already settled. The front desk staff apologized and just said "we know there are bugs with that system". In the end, this was not good value for money for me, despite good facilities.

We arrived after midnight with two young kids and the room they had assigned to us hadn’t been turned over from the last guests- exhausted and shocked , it then took over 45 minutes to get a new room assignment. No upgrades or compensation was offered. Our room was dated and the hallways were freezing- we needed our outdoor coats to walk through them. The only amenity at the hotel that was open was breakfast - which was decent. For the cost per night and NO amenities to use I give this hotel a low rating. Location was great!

The hotel i spacy, the rooms are big, good views and great bar at the top. The pool is clean and nice but a bit hidden away in the cellar. A very good location in the city. Nice breakfast , maybe a bit pricy but all in all a very good impression.
