Perfect and comfortable
A stunning apartment at a really reasonable price. Equipped with everything you need. We stayed for a week and felt at home. Spacious and quiet. The comments are about the lack of curtains, so a lot of light enters the bedroom in the morning and a weak stream of water in the shower. Other than that - perfect.

The property is what you paid for - an inexpensive place to stay in New Orleans. The area around the apartment had a lot of homeless people and a homeless tent community. I definitely would not recommend this area for a solo female. The apartment was clean but it smelled of cigarette smoke constantly, maybe coming from the vents (?). Very thin walls - can hear neighbors all hours of the day as if they were in the room with you. It was my husband and I and we were only given 1 towel at check-in. Communication only through the app/chat. Took over 24 hours to get more towels. No local channels on the TV, you can only use Comcast.

So happy with my decision
It was an amazing place to stay. Outside of the French quarter with lots of things to walk to. They messed up on the room they gave us. The pictures were totally different from the one I booked we made the best of it even though we didn't have a loft I would definitely book again if I stay in New Orleans. every person we met, especially that lived in the loft were so kind and helpful.

There were items missing in the kitchen. The coffee pot was missing the carafe and no spatula which made it difficult to cook. The request was submitted quickly but never got a spatula and they brought the wrong carafe for the coffee pot. We had a neighbor that was loud and it was taken care of immediately. I woukd recommended staying here even with the very minor issues. Very convenient location and cool atmosphere!
