La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Airport Graceland

Ok,I thought it was ok for the money we paid,it was close to th Downtown if you had a car.

The pool area was a bit run down broken chairs and only one lounge chair to lie in

Good hotel with all the amenities and services you'd expect. Rooms were quite spacious and comfortable

Location a little dodgy, and right next door to a concrete batching plant which was running all night. Our room looked out onto it, and the reversing beepers from the equipment was annoying. Aircon was very noisy. Wifi was hopeless - had to stand by the door to the room to get reception. Breakfast was ok but selection was limited - why can't there be more than one type of yoghurt !! Reception staff were friendly enough, and apologetic about the wifi. Room was spacious and clean. Parking behind security gates was a bonus

The property is not in a great area. Our room could have been cleaner - the floor was a little sticky. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely hotel but it was quite isolated unless one had a car. The rooms had everything we needed and were large and comfortable. The staff were excellent, Breakfast was included and a free airport shuttle is provided. It is close to the airport in an industrial area with very little nearby in the way of food or public transport. The only way to get around if one doesn't have a car is by taxi or uber. Taxis must be called out. They do not cruise the streets for fares. This was an issue as our cell phone was too expensive to use outside our country of origin, The hotel was close to Graceland. We walked all the way and it took us about 40mins from the hotel. If you have a car we highly recommend it.

My state was very pleasant all staff was warm and friendly conditions of a room was good check in was good check out was fine I really have nothing bad to say this it was a good stay

I had a room with two beds, both beds were uncomfortable. The shower was in tough condition. The rest of the room was ok. Breakfast was terrible, I had a cup of coffee and there was black flakes from the thermos at the bottom of my cup. No fruit, all they had was microwave sausage biscuits and muffins

The front desk ladies were amazing. One lady was Liz, i did not get the other ladies name but she has been there on several of my stays. I was there during the snow of 2021 2 if the best hospitality agents i have experienced in my 135 nights of hotel stays in the past 12 months.

It is usually very clean and warming, but this time we had to clean our room before we relaxed. Toothpaste stains were on sink and mirror. The water was brown when you first turn it on. There was a hair in the shower! Crumbs by the phone. I didnt complain because this is my first of many times having a unclean room. The staff was not so friendly either. The breakfast lady was but it wasn't self serve or many options due to covid restrictions
