What a great experience for first time in Rome. The staff at front desk Silvia and Alvina, the girls at the tour desk. To staff in the breakfast room, the person in front calling taxi , each person excellent and beyond expectation. Breakfast and the choices were amazing. Its like everything in Italy is on the menu pizza, cake to most pastries. Excellent choice of tea, coffee fresh juice. Staff excellent. Rooms are even better, clean I mean to every corner looks pristine. Beds are 5 star level. The staff kept our 3 day stay with teen boys for memorable. Great location walking distance of 15-20 mins. The location is superb and easily the biggest selling point, as you can walk to almost all the major tourist attractions within minutes. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay falls short. The property itself is noticeably outdated, and fancy LED lights in the lobby do little to hide the aging infrastructure. Our first room had a dirty, blocked bathtub, which forced us to repack and switch rooms right away. The soundproofing is also virtually nonexistent; the walls are paper-thin and we could hear water running through the pipes all night long. Breakfast is acceptable, though nothing extraordinary. However, the on-site dinner restaurant is well below standard—the dishes tasted completely pre-packaged, and the melanzane was served cold. You are strictly paying for the central address here, but the lack of maintenance and noise make it difficult to recommend.

Hotel is very good option for a trip to Rome. The hotel itself is ugly from outside, but besides that everything worked very well. Location next to the park is good even though there is a bit of a walk to the main atractions. But enough close still. Breakfast is very good. Room was really nice and clean. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The concierge was extremely welcoming and helpful every day, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The only drawback is the location—it’s a bit far from the city center and requires a 25–30 minute uphill walk back to the hotel, or alternatively, spending quite a bit on taxis and Ubers daily. If you prefer a quieter, less congested area and don’t mind the uphill walk or extra transport costs, this is a wonderful place to stay.
