Unimpressed by Hilton
I was there for a large convention and they were extremely understaffed. I don't want to hear excuses about Covid, or "nobody wants to work anymore". It's 2023. Figure out what you need to do to make sure your customers get service. Due to this understaffing, multiple mistakes were made on both my and my friends' bills. Trying to straighten these mistakes out has led to multiple phone calls resulting in false promises, excuses, and what appears to be a fake Case # and a phantom email. If the buck-passing continues, I will have to open a dispute with my credit card. As for the hotel itself, it could use a refresh. The bed was extremely comfortable, but the rest of the room was scuffed and a bit dingey around the edges. Clean, but worn. There was NO parking. The whole lot was filled to the brim. We circled for an hour before sniping a space from someone who was leaving. I would recommend being aware of whether there is a large event being held at the hotel, because whether you have a room reservation or not, you may or may not find a space. As with many airport hotels, parking is also a separate charge. When I attend this convention next year, I will be staying in a different hotel.

Stay was eh. We were double charged for a meal and are having to dispute the double charge with our credit cards, as the hotel was zero help resolving the situation. They were understaffed and seemed unprepared for hosting the convention they had.
