The property was very private and comfortable even though one morning the power went out meaning no shower or toilet I expect due to bush fires somewhere it was still a memorable special stay. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly

Garden setting was special. Peaceful. Room spacious and could really relax. Probably not used to the sound of fridge and water dispenser at night.

The property is surrounded by trees and in a very pretty part of the Yarra Valley. Perfect if you like birds which we do. Nice light room with nice furniture but absolutely no hanging space or wardrobe. Having to make your own breakfast and virtually no worktop is very akward. Having to wash your own breakfast dishes and no room service is more like self-catering and not what we want when we book a B&B. The biggest drawback was the nighttime noise caused by animals (possums possibly) scratching and running across the tin roof from dusk till dawn making it impossible to get any decent sleep. Rob the manager did look into the problem but the measures taken unfortunately had absolutely no effect. It did rather spoil the enjoyment of our stay.

We loved this property! The view in Wisteria Lane was breathtaking! It was the quite getaway we were hoping for. The extra touches in this space made it! Wood fire, scenery, breakfast basket, all incredible!
