Everything was amazing. Staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the hotel was clean. Best part they treated our fur baby like a VIP guest. Definitely would recommend to everyone, especially if your traveling with pets.

“Self Parking” try $32 per day garage more like. $3.45 for a 20 cent bottle of water. Housekeeping every third day. Had to move rooms due to loud foul mouthed occupants in the adjoining room with shared door. 1/4 roll of toilet paper in new room if that! Most enjoyable part of stay will be leaving..

I've stayed with Hyatt hotels in the past. In fact, i used to work for them while in college during the 90's. They are a good company. There were a couple of things which bothered me during rhis trip. When i arrived at the hotel, i could find no place to pull over and check in. I called the desk and asked for some guidance. I was told that i could park in a garage in the rear for an additional charge of $32.00 a night. I said that i wasnt made aware of this extra fee, and in a tone which felt like indifference, that this is how it is. Many other nice hotels in the area have free parking. The room was nice. The next morning i stopped in to have a complimentary breakfast. There was very very little to choose from. I opted for the only hot option that i saw which was a Jimmy Dean egg and sausage sandwich. I took one bite of it and found it to be inedible. I would dare the managers there to sit down and eat one of those things and tell me that it was food... lol.. i would suggest packing food.

Zoo night
The room was nice and the pillows wonderful. We walked around town. The view was horrible just a brick wall and windows looking into someone’s home. Didn’t like that.
