The hotel and the facilities are all brand new and quite nice. The staff are very nice, but lack a bit of experience. The temperature control units are a bit dodgy. They should also definitely upgrade the food they serve as it is very average. Far cheaper hotels offer more/better. The place also felt a bit empty which may please people looking for a quiet place. However, all this is to be expected from a new hotel except for the food.

Hotel was beautiful and brand new. I had a problem witha shower which was solved by moving to a better category room Upon leaving the hotel my daughter left her purse on the lobby and due to the time of my flight out of Bodrum it would be impossible to go back the hotel manager mr Hakam was reached and swiftly he sent me the missing purse on a taxi which reached us just in time at the hotels expense. I short the problem we faced due to the property being new were more than offset by the managers actions and adequate response. I am sure to return in the future

Excellente adresse
Nouvelle hotel avec un maximum d'équipement et de service. Haut de gamme de l'hôtellerie. Les tarifs sont un peu excessif à mon avis car j'ai séjourner dans d'autres hôtels plus hauts de gamme appliquant des tarifs plus intéressants. Dommage que la vue sur mer soit partielle et que la piscine privée soit froide. Le service est au top et les équipements idéales.

Keyifli bir tatil, çok zevkli bir Otel
Arts Hotel’den genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Otelin tasarımı, mimarisi, dekorasyonu adı üstünde Arts olarak müze gibiydi. En sevdiğimiz Türk sanatçıların eserleri arasında tatilimizi yapmak bizi çok mutlu etti. Otelin kolay ulaşımı ve sakin, güzel bir sahili var. Odalar çok temiz ve seçilen ürünler, altyapısı en ince detayına kadar düşünülmüş ve pırıl pırıl. Otelin personeli daha yeni olduğu için biraz alışma sürecinde olduğunu düşünüyorum. Resepsiyon elitist tavırlar sergileyebilse de günün sonunda bir anlaşmazlık yaşamadık. Odaları üç tip, en küçük olanı biraz fazla küçük ama yine de konforlu. (Odalardaki Raindance duş tek başına bizi geri getirmeye yeterdi!) Spa, havuz ve beach’te her şey yerindeydi. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Oteli gerçekten çok sevdik ve kesinlikle kafa dinlendirecek, lüks ve herkesten uzak sakin bir tatil için tekrar gelmeyi düşünürüz. Otel ile ilgili sınırlı kritiğim ise Breeze beach bar lounge işletmesinin otelin çizgisine hiç yakışmaması. Restaurant yemekleri gerçekten çok ama çok vasat ve bu vasatlığa karşın fiyatları inanılmaz pahalı (Euro’dan döviz olarak çevirilmiş gibi bir mantık; örnek olarak: Barilla Spagetti ve Barilla domates sosuyla yapılmış “Napoliten” makarna 16€ ve gerçekten yakışmıyor bu denli yüksek kaliteli bir otele). Ve Breeze logosu Comic sans yazı karakteriyle otelin kalite ve dekorasyonuna hiç yakışmıyor. Sonuç olarak, Arts Hotel’e hayran olduk - sadece düzeltilmesi gerekilen küçük elementler içeriyor.
