Nice area, good hotel
Hotel was nice and clean, we loved the area and proximity to the Earls Court station. The room was extremely small, we were a couple with 1 large suitcase and this was ok for 2 nights but not overly comfortable. The bed was very small, we are quite slim and would hate to think how a larger couple would go. The bed was comfortable, however, I would make sure you request a room on level ground or higher as we were basement level and it was very dark and as we were facing the street there was traffic noise. We would stay here again but would try and get a differ t room. We did request a higher level room prior to checkin via email, but the reception man seemed to miss this as we were told via email they would meet the request and were apologetic and offered an upgrade after our first night but there was no point moving.

Exceptional 10.0
Great location, helpful and friendly staff. I liked the little kitchenette in the room, The hotel is close to Earls Court Station and as a sole female traveller I felt safe walking from the station to the hotel at night

Very good 8.0
Stayed there before, it’s a lovely place with very nice service. I don’t mind a small room, but this time the end of the bed was up against the wall so if you’re over a certain height you can’t lie straight, so wasn’t so comfortable. Otherwise I’d recommend- just maybe check if you’re getting the small room as to whether you need to be a small person too!

Perfect small Hotel
Wonderful hotel with great rooms in a convenient area, we had a small room for five nights and although it was a tight fit the room was all that we needed. with the coffee maker, microwave and great bathroom it was perfect, a short walk to Earls Court tube station or bus into central London or Knightsbridge and Kensington.

Very happy with every aspect of stay.
Was only in London for a 1 night stop-over on a business trip. Required somewhere convenient to use the tube for both LHR and central London sightseeing. Checkin service was excellent. I had arrived early and the staff member contacted housekeeping to find a room well before checkin time. Only had a 5 minute wait and was served coffee. I had booked a double room with the expectation it would be difficult to squeeze between the wall and the bed as per other hotels I have stayed in the past in central London. While it wasn’t spacious, it was very comfortable and clean with plenty of room to open a large suitcase on the floor and leave it there while still opening the cupboards and room door. The location was great. One block back from Earls Court station. A nice quiet street with a park across the road. This area has definitely changed since I was first in London in the 1990’s - safe and clean.

Great hotel
Great hotel in a very convenient spot for the Piccadilly line to Heathrow. Plenty of good eating in most directions within 5-10 min walk.

Wonderful London hotel to stay in.
Wonderful, welcoming staff in a lovely, very clean, quiet hotel. Very comfortable stay with great facilities and flexibility to self cater for breakfast if needed. We greatly appreciated the happy hour/welcome drinks as a very sociable opportunity to meet staff and other guests as a preamble to an evening out. Fantastic location, walking distance to all the museums, Albert Hall concerts, restaurants, shops etc. Thank you so very much to all the staff for being so professional and helpful at what turned out to be the start of the challenging times of Coronavirus and lockdown in London. I hope you are all safe and well and we will return as soon as possible.
