Good downtown location for the downtown and sports
A good value hotel in a great location for downtown and Mercedes Benz stadium. The rooms were functional but not very stylish. Breakfast was adequate although a bit more variety would have been nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Don't be put off by the amount of homeless around the hotel as it is across other areas of downtown Atlanta. We didn't have any issues with anyone though. The main benefit of the hotel is the competitive rate especially as the area was busy with MLS and NFL over the weekend which we were attending.

Great hotel for game day.
We were in town for a soccer game. Our room was very spacious. We booked a queen room with a sleeper sofa. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. We called the front desk and housekeeping brought some up forthwith. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Would recommend.

Disappointment
I stayed here for Labor day weekend. The hotel charges $47 a day for parking which is ridiculous. I had a friend staying with me and when I went to pull out the sofa bed it was full of trash and debris like it had not been cleaned in ages. Get to breakfast early because items run out and they probably still don't have any orange juice in. The hair dryer in the room was covered in a brown and sticky substance that I had to thoroughly clean myself. The view outside from breakfast was of the library where multiple homeless people were present. There were homeless all around the hotel location. Every night when I came in to the hotel, there was someone smoking right outside the entry door. Not worth the cost to stay here.

Waste of time and money.
An abysmal experience. My room was not ready, so I had to take a smaller room. I paid for valet service and there were no spots available, so I had to park 2 blocks away. They charged me for the service anyways then only partially refunded me after I wrote to complain about other things in my experience. They explicitly told me AT the hotel that I would not be charged (even though I had paid for valet service ahead of time, assuming that would reserve my spot.) Don't advertise as "parking available" if you don't have available parking for someone paying to stay at your hotel. Never going back to this hotel again. There are plenty of other options in the area.

Quick weekend getaway-Please read review
Overall stay was good. Just be careful going in and out of hotel. Lots of homeless people around. If you're using uber or lyft use Vanity lounge address(right next door)because for some reason when using hotel address it's not giving correct gps. Room was clean. Everything worked properly. There is a $75/night deposit hold for incidentals which is not listed when booking.
