Mercure Swansea Hotel

Stayed at the hotel one night, chosen for the location, nice walks around the lakes and good access to the black mountain pass and good driving roads through the Beacons . The hotel was a reasonably comfortable but the room was a bit dated. We were extremely disappointed with the swimming pool and gym which again was dated and much smaller than it looked in the website photo's but more concerning was the poor standard of cleanliness in the health centre especially in the changing rooms and sauna area. I don't think we will be staying there again.

Odd layout of pool/sauna areas - you have to walk across the gym area dripping wet! there is nowhhere to stand to dry yourself, no seating, you end up sitting on a 'Step-box' to dry your feet. Come on Mercure, you can do better. Bedrooms small.

A good place for a family holiday break. Good swimming pool, spa and lobby to chill, alongside friendly and helpful staff.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Nice warm pool. Clean rooms and facilities.

This hotel offers value for money hence its situation is not convenient for city and water front. We have stayed here on several occasions and parking is free and plenty full. Restaurant prices are on the high side but the food is v/good.
