The apartment was great for what we needed, we found the window covers in the main room weren’t dark enough, sun beamed through in the morning and woke us up... not good after having a late night and the blankets on the bed were a cheap and nasty... didn’t keep you very warm.

The property is new and well decorated, though some of the equipment needed to be 'adjusted' to work properly. This was not a problem for us, but may have been for somebody with less practical ability. When we arrived there was a lack of kitchen equipment, but we emailed and the majority (presumably what was held in a central stock) was delivered the next day. The stay was pleasant and the area has excellent ameneties. We intend to pop back for the day, even when we are not staying longer-term as we did this time.

Great location, modern apartment, good value.
We chose this apartment for its handy location and features. The coastal zone, restaurants, shopping plaza are nearby and lake parkland is across the street. Freemantle is an easy drive away. The property management team kept us fully informed from booking to departure. The apartment was large with two shower/toilet/wash rooms and bedrooms (comfortable queen size beds). Washing machine & dryer plus airing rack. Outdoor deck/table. Very well equipped inside. Undercover parking and lift access. We will stay again and happily recommend the Lakeview Apartments.

What I liked was the view. What I didn't like was that two of the bedroom lamps didn't work, both shower doors didn't work properly, a soap holder in one of the showers was missing, a leg on the coffee table was broken, and the remote for the gate didn't work.
