Good6.0
Nice facilities. Room and bed were super comfy. Really clean. The evening front reception person on arrival was as nice as she needed to be, certainly not wanting to go above by any stretch, also had an interaction with one of their reservations people had been frustrating, don't try and extend your stay, they first told me I should go back to hotels.com book an additional night and a note could be left on their system when I call back, but when I did call again I was told they couldn't guarantee me the same room, no one would tell me that I could do such a thing. I got the impression that booking through hotels.com which must be through Expedia (as they all kept reminding me) was certainly looked down upon. Great door men. Easy location.

Excellent first visit to Canada!
Beautiful hotel and excellent service - the area is convenient to many ideal locations downtown. We have to recognize Alex in the Club Lounge - we felt as though he went out of his way not only in attentiveness but genuinely caring about us, our stay, and making our first visit to Canada memorable! PS the club lounge upgrade $30pp/night was totally worth it considering the amount of breakfast and happy hour drinks we consumed.

Very Good8.0
Good but dark !
Geeky hotel, however rooms really dark - not great to see what you're wearing or to apply make up! Had a problem one night as here w ere 2 weddings in the hotel and guests must have been going back to rooms all night, very noisily waking us 3 times even at 5am. Hotel apologised and sent afternoon tea for 2 ( 3 in our room - strange!!) which we were not in to eat! Gym good and can use 24/7. Helpful staff and lovely lobby.
