Waldorf Wonderful!
I’ve recently stayed 3 nights at the grand old dame of London hotels, The Waldorf and loved every moment. My room was beautiful, very quiet, cool in the middle of a heat wave, extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. I was fortunate to be able to attend the annual Waldorf Tea Dance. This was a sight to behold. The orchestra finely dressed in cream tuxedos and dancers in an array of finery. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They gave me lots of advice on current theatre productions and exhibitions. I plan to continue staying at The Waldorf for many years to come.

Excellent location, but was not given the room we ordered..disappointing, ordered a family room, extra bed, huge mix up, ended up with a normal room!

Poor 2.0
No water in the room to have a shower. Also a huge queue for breakfast which is not acceptable in a hotel of this quality. Got fed up of waiting for breakfast with no understanding or information from the staff on duty. Ended up leaving and checking out the hotel and went elsewhere for breakfast which was already paid for in the hotel.
