We liked this lovely hotel in a colonial building. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. The only comment we can make which is not so positive is that there was a bit of street noise in our room. Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in this small , cozy, and boutique hotel. The staff were great! They were very helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and very well maintained. The location is 10-15 mins walk from the main square so worked out as a great base spot. The only suggestion I would have is to improve the soundproofing in room.

Spectacular Breakfast with Best Views in Arequipa
Great little hotel with amazing views of all 3 volcano's especially from the outdoor breakfast patio. So great is that view that we spent one evening with a bottle of wine just relaxing and watching as the colors from the setting sun just reflected off Misti Volcano and the color changed every few minutes. The breakfast offering was the best we have ever had at a hotel and was freshly made to order not a buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel is located off the beaten path but only an easy 10 minute walk to the main plaza. The only negative thing we can say is that the noise from the tiny little street the hotel is on is loud. It is only because the street is so narrow and the buildings so close to the street it is like a canyon and amplifies the noise. Late at night when there is very little traffic, we had no problems but in the early morning the cars noise picked up and so did a couple of barking dogs across the street which was a little painful so early in the morning. If I had some earplugs it would have been fine. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotels' ambiance was wonderful with the white volcanic rock walls and pleasant and appealing courtyard.
