A very down to earth place. Clan, cheap, simple. Good breakfast, friendly people, but no English. Nice garden. The pool was not tempting at all.

A pousada é bem rústica, serve um bom cafe da manhã e o local é bem silencioso. O ponto negativo pra mim foi o chuveiro,tomar um banho quente lá é quase impossível. O Chuveiro deixou bem a desejar.

Instalações do quarto com cheiro de mofo, banheiro fede, chuveiro não esquenta, não há serviço de quarto. Não trocam toalhas, nem recolhem lixo do banheiro, durante 3 dias Acesso em estrada de chão de péssima conservação e rua sem iluminação. Não recomendo a ninguém.

A pousada esta precisando de uma boa reforma. Area externa mal cuidada, estrada interna ruim e apartamentos com portas e janelas com defeito. Falta tomada ate para ligar o ventilador.

O quarto estava extremamente sujo, com teias de aranha, o edredom colocado para uso estava imundo. Muito cheiro de mofo no quarto, uma fiação elétrica pelo lado de fora onde pingava agua do banheiro em cima, extremamente perigoso. Ainda, os quartos são separados por uma fina parede de madeira, onde é possível escutar absolutamente tudo que se passa nos demais apartamentos. Uma verdadeira decepção, pois as fotos nao refletem a realidade.

A pousada deixa muito a desejar no que tange ao atendimento, limpeza dos quartos e atendimento das reclamações dos clientes. O quarto família estava com um terrível mal cheiro proveniente do banheiro. Fizemos diversas reclamações. Tentaram resolver com soda cáusticas mas o problema claramente era na rede de hidráulica. Por fim alegaram que não podiam fazer nada. O outro quarto de casal é muito pequeno, com um banheiro minúsculo de aproximadamente 1m2 e box sem porta. Na hora do banho o banheiro sempre ficava todo molhado. O chuveiro apresenta vazamento e espalha água pelo ambiente todo.
