Incredible location and beautiful view. Worth upgrading to the port view rooms. Lovely comfy bed and good space given where it is. Quiet too despite a bustling city and bars below. Great friendly staff. Couldn’t comment on breakfast as we just went to a local bakery. No parking there - recommend “Maubec” or “encan” as short walk away.

Wonderful location with the best view of the marina. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. Everyday the housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was adequate but we expected better. France is home to the croissant but the ones on offer here were small, poor quality and were not replenished once gone. A big difference in the reception staff! Generally the male ones were friendly and helpful (thanks) the ladies not so much! Only 4 stars because of the awful buskers every night just across the road. We expected noise because of the location and generally it did not bother us but every night a different busker till very late. Not the hotel’s fault but as it spoilt sleep a lot it must be mentioned.

Great location right on the harbor and loads of restaurants. Easy walking everywhere. Elevator only started on 2nd floor but staff were very helpful about carrying my heavy bag up and down to it. Lovely hotel in central location. Large light-flooded room in nice design with a beautiful view of the harbour comfortable beds Friendly staff - incredibly loud. There were street dancers and singers right in front playing loud music on speakers from midday to midnight. It felt like spending 12 hours in a nightclub. We stayed for 3 nights and it was like this every day.

Beautiful views

After 9 hours of driving and arriving in the dark in the rain we were not greeted in a very friendly manner. The staff made me feel like I was crazy. I was just simply exhausted and they made me feel like I had asked too much of them by asking where to park and if it was safe to store our suitcases after checkout. We have been traveling in France a long time and were unfortunately robbed of all our belongings before we arrived. This hotel was the least comforting and least friendly and I would not return, although the view of the harbor was beautiful and rooms very clean. As a hotel employee I would assume that every guest needs to be treated as if they have had a very long day of travel and are not crazy. I was on the verge of tears and just needed some extra care. It would be helpful if instructions for parking were on the website as it is extremely complicated to park and drop off luggage.
