I normally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to in this instance. We got to the hotel around 8pm. The man working the front desk was very nice and helpful. My son and I had a very long and frustrating day of travel and hoped to get a good night sleep. Unfortunately, the room next to us, had an alarm clock that went off very early and never shut off- it sounded like it was literally, in the room with us. When you're traveling, you learn that these types of disturbances are always impossible to fully control. My advise to this hotel would be to insulate the walls in between rooms better. Guests are paying for their own room and they should feel like they're the only people in those rooms. All the best!

Really quick check in, beautiful comfy king size bed, really nice smelling shower products, the waiter in the restaurant for breakfast was so nice. Wish the hot tub was open in the weekday morning, but doesn’t open til 4. Will stay again

The room was missing the television in the suite area. There were burn holes in the carpeting. The railing on the deck was ready to fall off into the parking area below. The mini-fridge wasn’t cold. The room was overall in poor condition and very dated. I complained to the front desk about the condition of my room and they said they couldn’t do anything but “offer me points that would eventually add up to a free night.”
