ca2 night trip with friends
Very good
First, the good: the suite (Mountail Walk 112) had been updated and it was huge, and for the most part, extremely quiet. Very close to the Village, which was great. Wi-Fi was also good (just annoying having to log into it every 24 hours!) Service was excellent - every time we needed something (like extra towels), it would be delivered quickly. The not-so-good: Although condo was spotless, there was a bit of an odour when we first walked in. It dissipated as the days went on (or, we just got used to it!) Had to call in to have both a TV and a hair dryer fixed as neither worked initially. (But service was quick and effective). Suite was suffciently equipped but a couple of important items missing: a milk bag holder; pot scrubbers; plastic storage containers, a missing shelf in the fridge. Despite the not-so-good part, we had a nice time at the condo, staying mostly indoors due to Covid 19 restrictions.

I like that the security walking around making sure everyone was wearing their masks during covid. I even got one of the security gaurds take a picturr of us which was nice of him. Beautiful Resort and the condo was really clean and comfortable beds.

Property is good but it's too far out from the village, not walkable as advertised. The photos look better than the property but the location is beautiful and you get access to a backyard if you are renting a condo which made it worth it for me, being away from the city. Being a hotel, the amenities and place could have been better

Stay at Snowbridge
My family and I stayed at Snowbridge and the pool was amazing. There were two lifeguards on duty and time slots need to be booked ahead of time to ensure physical distancing. The Blue Mountain Resort staff was amazing. They answered all my questions quickly over instant messages, sent over items that the unit was missing (quite quickly) and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The condition of the actual unit wasn't the greatest and was very dated- the couch looked a little dirty to me. We'd try Snowbridge again but not this particular one bedroom unit.
