Great hotel choice near Disney
Second time staying here and was just as pleasant as the first. Clean facility. Great rooms with full kitchens. Love having a full size fridge and icemaker in the room! Not usually a fan of staying on the first floor because there is usually more noise, but it was quiet and not disruptive. Affordable room rates too and conveniently located near the Disney park areas.

Can't complain at all, except for the paid parking
I love having a suite! Parking wasn't free, but you can park there all day long and take a shuttle into Disney, Universal and some other places for free. However, you cannot pre-register for a Disney hard card there and there is NO breakfast at the hotel. BUT... there are many places around to eat at.

Great hotel!
This was out second stay at candlewood suites, and we plan on coming back. We visit orlando frequently and have found a new favorite place to stay when we decide to spend the night. The staff is nice and accommodating, and the rooms are so clean, which is a plus during this pandemic. I definitely recommend staying here!

Checking in was a little frustrating. We had to wait a little bit for our room to get cleaned. The kids were antsy and cranky which caused me to be cranky unfortunately. After getting into the room everything was amazing. We had everything we needed and the room was clean. They are not cleaning rooms daily due to Covid but if you need anything they will assist you immediately.

A surprising treat
Was only in town for a night and needed an affordable option since holidays are usually more expensive. Was pleasantly surprised with this place. Checked in late and was upgraded to a suite which was very clean and spacious. Suite included a kitchenette with dishes, full sized fridge, sink, dishwasher, and stove too. Only complaint was an unexpected parking fee. Hotels.com listed it as free onsite, but it was a $16/day charge to use the garage that was attached to the hotel.
