    I'd go back!

Overall a very professional group, with good service. Small things - Parking was a real pain. Car park was 5 or so mins away and before we hit 24 hours, we had to get in the car and drive it out and repark in the same spot, to avoid fees. Gotta be a better way. Champagne happy hour at Coal was very limited in it's offering. Nice idea, but not much on offer. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Pool didn't seem heated. Small issue with the thermostat in the room - we couldn't get the room to cool. Son pointed out the at the bathroom extractor vent was pretty clogged up with dust. No bath and only one dressing gown between two adults. Overall, love the Hilton and despite the above, would love to go back for a staycation break.

Customer service is great but the room looks so dated. The bathroom door was chipping away already. Booked for two people but toiletries and other things good for one only. Website info said our bathroom has a shower/bathtub but only given a shower to the disappoitnment of my kid.

Great location. Parking is off site about 250m walk which isn’t ideal but was still ok.

While the stay was enjoyable I had an incident that wasn’t. While I was waiting on the steps of the Hilton I was approached by a homeless Aboriginal Man that was in need of medical assistance. I went inside to the front desk and asked the staff to call an ambulance for the gentleman that was now seated on the stairs out front. Their response was that “it’s my duty of care and they will not call”. Now I am a first aid officer for my business and I’ve asked the hotel to call while I assist the Aboriginal man. Refusing to call an ambulance when a first aid officer asks is illegal. I was a patron staying at the hotel with no idea of the city/ streets/ landmarks/ or which Of the 2 Hilton’s located in the city I was at. Next time I’ll be more prepared.

    Beyond disappointed

My mother and I stayed over at the Hilton over the long weekend. Where do I begin to describe this debacle of an accomodation? This was by far the most farcical hotel I’ve ever stayed at my entire life. I implore you to visit the second to sixth floor of this supposedly five star hotel and judge it for yourselves. To my absolute candidness, I have stayed at motels with better room decor and furnishing than the floor I stayed at. It was beyond embarrassing for me to deal with the front desk to ask for a rebooking as I implied them of their deceit in falsely advertising the room I stayed at. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Caveat Emptor “Buyer Beware”

Can't see the tv from in bed as its too low. The room needs updating, in particular the bathroom. A shower curtain doesn't seem very covid safe (nor is is very luxe). For one of the most expensive places to stay in Adelaide its looking and feeling very tired. The food at breakfast was not very nice and the restaurant is very dark. Having said that the beds (as usual) were very comfortable. And the room was lovely and clean. Nothing beats the Hilton foyer!
