    Amazing!
We were upgraded to a larger suite due to availability, and it was amazing. The views were breathtaking, the room was beautiful, and service was excellent. This was a big splurge for us and it was well worth it.

Amazing hotel. Always great service. Large 525 sq ft nicely furnished rooms w/ balcony in each room. Olympic size pool and 2 smaller pools. Thank you AZAD for taking care of us at the pool.every summer we come .shuttle to Piazza del Popolo.or American embassy runs every hour on the half hour til 9 pm except 2:30 pm. Taxi back to hotel should cost you no more then 14-15 EU if you are Downtown. After 10 pm there is a 3/4 EU surcharge. This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world but it's definitely more a summer hotel than winter . Food is very pricey though and you aren't close to any stores or restaurants. It worth it though. Get the breakfast plan. They offer a massive selection of fresh international foods buffeT style .

    Luxury Hotel over looking Rome
6 star property. More of a summer hotel then winter. Large luxurious rooms. Away from centre of Rome but free hourly shuttle to Piazza del Popolo & American Embassy until 9 pm-ish. Taxi back at night 12-15 EU from Downtown with 3 EU surcharge after 10 pm. I recommend getting the breakfast package. Amazing food. Wouldn't recommend eating lunch or dinner at hotel unless you are prepared to spend a minimum of $100 EU for 2 for lunch and $150 EU for dinner. Best to go into town and experience great restaurants like Osteria Costanza, La Rampa, etc . Everything else including the service is excellent. A definite SUMMER must stay. Especially during those hot summer days - they have 3 pools. Get there early for the lounge chairs though... They go fast ! Garden View Rooms can face a tower - would recommend Rome view. All have large balconies .

    Very good 8.0
    Overall very nice hotel
The hotel is very nice and luxurious. Fast check in. Friendly staff. Clean room with fantastic view over the city. I had an excellent stay so far. However, I’d like to note a few details that I personally experience that would have make my stay better. I was recording the hotel lobby inside and security staff approached me and told me recording is not allowed. I found that very awkward when shareing the hotel with the world is brining them more visitors. Secondly, eveytime I tried to use the pool, the pool staff make me go down the stairs walk passed the gym to get my pool access card. You have to go get your cards prior go to the pool area. If I’m staying in the hotel and they want to control if guests are staying in the property, have the pool personnel have a list right there and check people in, not make you walk to another area and get card access. Also the people behind the desk giving you the pool access card make you feel like you don’t belong there in the hotel. I recall one time we went to get the pool access card and the lady reply after looking at us up and down: I suppose you are not staying here in the hotel with us. Make us feel like if we did not belong there. Last but not least, they need to have security personnel be more aware of the big pool outside. There were a group of 5 to 6 people young people per say acting so loud and one of the guy in the group kicking his friends with foot being extremely loud, disturbing the peace with other pool guests.
