Nice accommodation. Staffs very helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

Although my stay at the Alloy was short, my experience with the staff was excellent. The front desk staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better set of people to greet me on such a short stay. I had been to this hotel numerous times for business and my experience then as it was for this past weekend was exceptional. I would definitely recommend a stay at this location.

Check in was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included so we ate offsite. Had to request additional supplies for coffee our second morning and clean towels. Great location. Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping.

8/10 Very good

Really enjoyed this hotel. It is very large and depending on your room location, be prepared to walk. I felt for my husband who has bad hips so the walk to our corner suite was a bit much for him. Aside from that, the Alloy has beautiful decor, prime location and, for a last minute weekend getaway, it wasn’t badly priced. The only bummer was I purposely booked this hotel for the swimming pool and it was closed for renovations. Wish I had known that beforehand but despite, it was a very pleasant stay. The restaurant downstairs also had very good food which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay was very nice. The staff was great. The only issue was that the shower leaked out to the bathroom floor and then to the entryway because the door for the shower was not secured to prevent leaks when closed. That didn’t deter the nice time we had.

8/10 Very good

The bathroom ceiling had peeling tape and the wall in the bedroom needed paint due possibly to fixing some plaster issues? Otherwise, the staff was very attentive, and the attached restaurant staff was nice and attentive as well.
