Decent hotel.. the shower drain was super slow and the hot water took forever to get warm then it was either too warm or cold. Also parking in the garage was a hassle.

This is such a cute boutique hotel and very central. We only stayed for a night because we came in town for the Elton John concert. It was in walking distance of the venue and there were tons of bars and restaurants to choose from in the area. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind.

Nice hotel. Cool theme from the past. Free parking would be nice for what a room costs.

Bathroom is too small. Parking garage is hard to maneuver. Needs updated but fun concept

There was a 1” gap below the wall Hvac unit allowing the 30 degree outside air to pour through the crack making the room very uncomfortable. I only stayed one night and had already unpacked all my things so I didn’t want to switch rooms. I ended up taking a blanket and stuffing it around the base of the unit to help keep the cold air out. Not a good experience

No coffee machine in room, no complimentary coffee at all except in morning. No complimentary breakfast or parking. Being a “4-star” hotel, and for the price, kind of expected these things. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ok place to stay as long as you understand what your paying for.

Everything was great from the check in with Linda to the excellent bourbon bar. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well. Great location.

We live a few blocks away and decided to stay for spring break for the downtown feels and especially the pool. Paid an extra 25.00 for a late check out to stay and swim more. The pool was closed for most of our stay. Didn't need to check out late so lost 25.00 since there was nothing else to do there.

Hotel room had items in the floor from previous guests, begging the question if it had been vacuumed (a toothbrush and battery). We had no hot water and no smart TV. The pool area could be great if it was invested in. Drainage on the pool deck is an issue and slipping is a real possibility. $15 a night for parking in an old, cramped parking garage seems excessive. The restaurant was cold, it has garage doors to open to the patio in the summer and game days. Great touch, but not practical for cold winter and hot summer days in Nebraska. For breakfast, it was $40 for two kid and one adult buffet and three pancakes. This building used to be a premier place but is showing its age. The revamp by The Graduate chain was significant but there remains significant issues to resolve the vintage touches don’t address.
