Stayed here with the wife and 3 teenage kids for 4 nights. Exactly what we were looking for. Nice size living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lovely balcony overlooking the water. A full kitchen to cook and prepare meals in. Woolies 5 mins walk away. Free tram 5 mins walk away. DfO South Warf 10 mins walk. Public park and basketball court nearby. Nice walk along the docklands waterfront. Apartment was immaculately clean i must say. A to the cleaners. Great value for money - parking included was an added benefit and was one of the reasons we chose this place ( it all adds up!). We could have stayed in the heart of the city for more $$$, but really what you paid vs what you got was much much better in the Docklands. It was a very comfy stay. Docklands is certainly much quieter than inner city. There are restaraunts and cafes sporadically spread out in the area, but it you are a foodie want more variety of eating choices, you will probs want to walk the 15 mins into the heart of the city. No big deal to walk if u ask me. This is our third trip to melbourne city this year, and easily the nicest place we have stayed. Will be back for sure!

The property was very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed, although we still had to buy some basic supplies like alfoil. Communication was easy and check in was clear. The hotel pool was really nice and the property location made it easy to get arpund to all tourist destinations. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Great view. No functional heating which when asked about was completely ignored by the property manager, who up until that point had been very conversant. My guess is the heating hadn’t been working for a looooong time. Dishwasher and bin area smelt like rotten fish when we arrived also. Overall, disappointing for the money paid ☹️

The view was stunning, the apartment next door not so much but sorted by keeping a blind down, Close to tram stop on the free line. Close to everything we wanted to see. It was clean and had items for use in the kitchen Which would have been better if they supplied a bowl. The glass didn’t appear to be double glazed so a lot of cold leaked into the apartment and the heating In the master bedroom did not work properly unfortunately I’m sure they will address this in their maintenance. All appliances were in excellent condition. The indoor heated pool was brilliant and very warm We had a good stay.

Excellent views and only steps to the city tram.
Stayed eight nights. Very close to free tram to get around downtown. Unit I was in had fantastic views--though it was not the unit I rented. Be aware that you'll get the number of rooms they've advertised but not necessarily the actual unit they describe. Unit had no dressers as the bedrooms are small, but I would stay there again. Apartment is sparse. The company that managed the unit was helpful. Love the quiet location on the water with fantastic views of downtown. Getting the keys was a bit convoluted but ultimately satisfactory. There's a lap pool in the building.
