Just ok for me....

The location was perfect & the hotel was clean. They only offer 2 double beds or a king bed, but for a family, double beds are too small. We really needed queen beds. The room service ended at 10pm, which was very inconvenient. The elevators were annoying. 2 of them have a keypad to enter your floor & go directly there, but half of the time the elevator would go to 3 or 4 other floors, both higher & lower, before getting to my floor. Other guests were always commenting about them when we were in the elevators. The balcony overlooking the Riverwalk was great but the windows & door were not soundproof so we could hear people partying & loud music until very late at night. The concierge, the valet service & the housekeeping staff were all great. Overall, it's a better than average hotel but the 2 double beds & not having later room service will keep me from staying there again.
