Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to everything in Argenta. The room was very comfortable.

The Baker house is an absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location! The room was large with a great view and comfortable bed. The bathroom was luxurious with an amazing soaking tub. We were able to park our car and not move it until we left. So much to do and great restaurants close by. We will definitely be back as often as we can!

8/10 Very good

The cottage is right along a busy street in a downtown-like area so it was pretty noisy on a Saturday night. We had our young kids (2 and 4) sleeping on the pull out sofa downstairs and they both woke up from a loud car driving by at 4am so if you’re a light sleeper it may not be ideal at least on a weekend. The parking is crazy on a weekend. Be prepared to park a couple minutes walk away. The cottage itself was comfortable! The upstairs bed was amazing and so comfy! I wish the information they sent was a little more detailed about parking and which door to enter through. We weren’t sure which door to use for the cottage and couldn’t get the code to work but then I realized there was another door to enter from lol.

Room was very tidy and check in on the keypad was seamless! Loved that the owners left a list of recommended restaurants nearby - wish i could have tried them all! The bed was sooooo cozy and it was raining when i woke up - seriously was considering booking one more night on the spot.

Best Plce in Little Rock to stay!

The cottage is the perfect stay. Excellant distance to great food and drink and our hosts think of everything!

8/10 Very good

Exceptionally clean. Nice amenities. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to Simmons Arena. Several good restaurants within 2 blocks. The only reason not a 5 star rating is noise from outside (price you pay for convenience!) did not cease until after 1pm (and this was a Wed).

8/10 Very good

Property and the room were very cute, comfortable and easily accessible. The history of house is displayed beautifully. Loved all the entire home’s layout only thing was the bar across the street and construction was very loud. There were several brown lady bugs in the celling but otherwise it a very lovely stay.
