    Good value for money, excellent service!

    Pros: Location, very near to the red square and metro! Service, excellent service from the people at the desk, the kitchen and cleaning services, i would say this has been the highlight of the hotel, i arrived late at night and they were able to acomodate for the breakfast next morning, also gave good and honest advice about Moscow. Price, for the location and the quality of the room i think it's a very good deal I read comments about a club next door but i only saw a normal restaurant, it was very quiet and was able to rest during the night. Cons: Nothing i can think of, only minor thing is there isnt an elevator to the reception, so u need to go one floor upstairs, but is not a big deal as the stairs are spacious and not steep.

    Отличное расположение в самом центре. Вкусный и разнообразный кофе из кофемашины и свежие вкусные круассаны постоянно, а главное, все это вы получаете в неограниченном количестве в любое время дня и ночи бонусом за проживание. Завтраки хоть и континентальные, но с большим выбором и отменно приготовлены! Браво повару! Уютная лаундж-зона! Номера небольшие, но есть все что может потребоваться путешественнику! Единственное "но": лифта на второй этаж нет

    A dieci minuti dalla Piazza Rossa, e con servizi bus e metro a due passi, questo hotel rappresenta la location ideale per un viaggio a Mosca. Moderno, stanza (con super letto) e bagno ampi e confortevoli, reception efficientissima e cortese, buona colazione a la carte, con saletta sempre disponibile anche per un caffè/the con pasticcini al pomeriggio/sera. Si trova al primo piano (senza ascensore) di un bel palazzo ristrutturato di recente...ed è consigliatissimo!!!!!!!!

    Attention Travaux, impossible de dormir

    Séjour horrible ! Et l'hôtel fait preuve de mauvaise foi !! Nous sommes le 22/10/19 et il y a des travaux de forage dans la rue, il est impossible d'y dormir. A 4h du matin, j'ai du faire intervenir la gardienne de l'hôtel car c'était insupportable. L'hotel est complet, et j'avais encore 2 nuits à faire ici avec un collègue qui arrive ce soir. J'ai demandé ce matin, via Hotel.com à la responsable de l'hôtel "Instachia" d'annuler mes 2 prochaines nuits mais l'hôtel refuse catégoriquement de me rembourser pour que je change d'hôtel. C'est inadmissible ! La responsable répond que les travaux ne sont pas dans son hôtel mais dans la rue... Donc, ne pas choisir cet hotel dans les prochains jours si vous souhaitez dormir . Je réserve immédiatement un autre hotel, mais je perds 4 nuits de plus à venir, c'est du vol... Qu'on ne puisse pas annuler sa chambre du jour, mais la, c'est honteux avec la nuit que j'ai passée de me facturer les 2 nuits à venir (donc 4 nuits au total car nous sommes 2) alors que nous quittons ce matin !!
